We match candidates from our extensive, continuously updated database against the specific needs of each shipowner.
We verify experience with previous employers, conduct technical interviews, and authenticate all maritime documentation to STCW standards.
We compile all required application forms, verification records, test results, and flag-state documents as requested by the shipowner.
We submit the candidate, coordinate the interview, arrange a pre-sea briefing, issue uniforms, and accompany the seafarer from home to the vessel.
After contract completion we gather shipowner feedback and immediately plan the seafarer's next embarkation as part of our Long Life Service.
